Each September, as school begins anew, St. Stephen's holds The Blessing of the Backpacks.
We ask students and teachers to come forward...
...and they are blessed and prayed for.
The annual parish picnic follows the service.
There were activities for the children.
And there are cozy spots to recline, for anyone who needed a moment alone!
